Chef Sergio Romero, formerly of award winning “Joseph’s Table” in Taos, has joined up with restaurateur Robert Thompson, (5280 Magazine & Westword “Best New Restaurant” winner and Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence recipient.) Chef Sergio was recently invited as 1 of 2 Denver chefs to compete in this year’s Mile High Cook-Off at The Fillmore Auditorium.
