Argyll gastroPub recently won Denver honors at the Gabbychef Gourmet Cook-Off, beating out some of Denver’s most famous chefs with a Best Mac-n-Cheese”! Chef Sergio Romero, formerly of award winning “Joseph’s Table” in Taos, has joined up with restaurateur Robert Thompson, (5280 Magazine & Westword “Best New Restaurant” winner and Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence recipient.)  Chef Sergio was recently invited as 1 of 2 Denver chefs to compete in this year’s Mile High Cook-Off at The Fillmore Auditorium.

Sergio’s “House Braised Rabbit Lasagna in a coupleSage Scented Bechamel w/ Stewed Tomatoes; as well as Madras Curried Colorado Lamb Shank w/ Tuber Puree and Veal Jus have become staples of the Cherry Creek dining circuit.
